Perfect pancakes from a Very Dirty Kitchen!

A "stolen recipe" from my mother in law who grew up on a farm where milk was not drunk like we consume it today but milk products such as Yoghurt and cheeses were made, hence this recipe calls for the use of Yoghurt- I added the milk.

The mixture is best to be left in the fridge overnight and t's best to use a yoghurt with a live culture in it. Once you start to make pancakes like this you will see why they rock and also they do not dry out like pancakes only made with flour, milk and eggs. The natural yoghurt is the key, trust me!
