Ernil Brenos Iron Man goals are to complete the main quest. This character does not use any custom starting location but starts the game the way any new player to The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind would start. If you haven't beaten the main quest you you will get the chance to experience it through Ernil...or will you?

There was also a short character at the beginning named R'vanni, living as a hermit on Eroth Island (Tamriel Rebuilt mod). His Iron Man goal was to bring various magical trinkets such as the Bitter Cup, Fork of Horriplation, and Azura's Star and bring them back to his hermitage. Sadly, he did not make it longer then fifteen minutes before dying.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - The Prophecy Will Be Fulfilled

The Lost Prophecies speak of the Incarnate, a reincarnation of the Dunmer hero Nerevar, arriving in Morrowind to rid the land of a dark curse. To fulfill this prophecy, the Emperor sends an unknown and uncertain imperial courier to the island of Vvardenfell. Through a series of dangerous and magical quests, this unknown courier is transformed into one of the Empires most enduring heroes.
