An easy recipe if you have mashed potatoes and an egg! Delicious!
A simple and delicious recipe for potato pancakes for breakfast! Take fresh potatoes and 2 eggs! You will be delighted!
Recipe and ingredients

00:11 2 potatoes.
00:30 Add salt and boil until done.

00:58 Grate boiled potatoes.
01:19 Add 2 eggs.
01:25 Add green onions.
01:35 Flour 1 tbsp.
01:37 Cheese 40 g.
01:40 Nutmeg, salt, pepper.

01:57 Olive oil.
02:02 Butter.
02:04 Fry over medium heat.

2 potatoes.
1 onion.
oil for frying.
Parsley.
Mozzarella 100 g.
6 tortillas.

1 carrot.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry onions and carrots.
1 pepper.
Add peppers to the pan.
Minced meat 450 g.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Tomato sauce 1 cup (250 ml).
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
2-3 potatoes.
Mozzarella.
In the oven/40 minutes/180°C/360°F.

Grate on a large and a small grater.
Fill with cold water.
Wait 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse the potatoes.
Add potatoes to bowl.
2 eggs.
4 tbsp oat flakes.
Cheese 100 g.
Black pepper.
Salt.
mix well.
frying oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with white sauce.

3 large potatoes.
Olive oil.
150 g grated mozzarella.
Olive oil.
Provencal herbs.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F/20 minutes.
1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
Olive oil.
Minced meat 450 g.
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp.
½ tsp salt.
½ tsp coriander.
½ tsp curry.
1 tsp paprika.
Fry over low heat until cooked through.
Rosemary.
Mozzarella.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F/15 minutes.
