Fitness Tips for Beginner lifters to Help your Gains

So this video is a compilation of general fitness advice that would've helped me a fair amount when I began weightlifting and I'm hoping that it might help some of you guys as well. There's a lot of crap information on the internet pushed by corporations and personal brands in order to make you think that you need their product or certain equipment or a training program. Or that the absolute only way for you to grow is by continuing to watch this one persons videos so they make more money off of their content. Really the main idea of this video is chill out. Lifting doesn't need to dominate your life but if you want results you do have to put in real work ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR DIET. Diet is often so overlooked and it ruins peoples gains and overall health. If you put crap fuel in an engine, it won't run to the best of its ability. The same applies to the relation between your body and the food you're consuming.

Current lifting stats
Squat: 295
Bench:195
Deadlift: 330 (I haven't done a max on deadlift in like 9 months so this is outdated, but its the last time I maxed)
