Baking bread

We have been baking our own bread for 6 years. This is the basis of our rural life. Home baking can save money, as can gardening. Make it yourself, don't buy it. This is the motto of our homesteading and country life.

Recipe for one loaf

1.1 lb flour
350 ml. water
Half a teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons sugar
7 gr. yeast (dry)

Mix all ingredients (knead the dough). Place in molds (loaf shape) Place in a warm place for the dough to rise. Usually the dough rises within 1 hour. Then put it in the electric oven. Bake for 50 minutes at 392 °F. (200 °C)
