Today on Day 113 of my sobriety journey, I listened to Ren's "Love Music Part 3-4." Before diving into the music, I reflected on how my reactions in life have caused me a lot of unnecessary suffering. If only I had taken a moment to create some space in my mind and made better choices. I talked about this in yesterday's video, but the thought has stayed with me throughout the day. I've been very mindful of my reactions, trying to find better ways to respond instead of acting on instant feelings. It's been a very interesting experience.

Between the music videos, I talked about the movie Trainspotting because one of the photos reminded me of it. I think that movie saved me from trying heroin. It came out in 1996, and it still gives me chills whenever I think about it.

These four parts of Ren's Love Music have been incredibly interesting and fun to watch. I've enjoyed them a lot. Thank you, Ren!
