The recipe as follows:
Ingredients:
300 grams Chicken Breast
1Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more
for drizzling
10 baby potatoes, halved,
4-5 large shallots, peeled, halved
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, divided
2 Tbsp. honey ( hot honey or regular)
2 tbsp coarsely crushed thick pretzel rods
1 tbsp melted butter
thyme sprigs (for serving)

Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 200/c.
Pound chicken to same thickness – using a rolling pin, meat mallet ( tip for even cooking + tender chicken).
Sprinkle chicken all over with olive oil, salt , cayenne pepper and black pepper. Rub in to coat. Flip over the chicken and repeat the process.
Place potatoes and shallots in a cast iron pan or a baking pan. Drizzle with oil, season generously with salt, and black pepper.
Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
Place chicken on top. Roast for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce. In a bowl add, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1Tbsp. butter, 1 Tbsp oil, 2 tbsp honey. Stir to combine.
In another bowl, add 1 tbsp melted butter and 2 tbsp pretzels, mix and keep aside.
Take out the chicken. Brush chicken, potatoes, and shallots all over with some mustard mixture. Return to oven and roast for another 8 -10 mins and broil for 2-3 minutes for extra browning.
