Truckers Suing New York Over Manhattan Congestion Toll

Truckers have brought a lawsuit against New York over Manhattan’s congestion toll. It appears they might have a case as well, especially if they are ones that deliver into the city from out of state due to the Interstate Commerce Clause of the US Constitution.
