Chicken Rice Bowl
🔶Carrot and Cucumber salad
🔷Ingredients
1 carrot cut into julienne
1 cucumber cut into julienne
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp honey

Method
🔷Mix sesame oil, soya sauce, rice vinegar, honey in a bowl. Add the carrots and cucumber. Mix and keep it aside.

🔶Broccoli Recipe
1:) Boil 3 cups of water with 1/2 tsp of salt. Add 1 broccoli (cut into florets ). After 1 boil. Take them out and place in the ice water. Keep it for 2-3 mins and then strain the water.
2:) In a pan, add 1 tsp oil. Let it get hot. Add 1 clove mint garlic and 1 red chilli finely chopped. Sauté for few seconds and add the broccoli. Let it cook for 1 min. Then add 1 tsp light soya sauce and cook for another minute and keep it aside.

🔶Chicken Recipe
🔹Ingredients
300 grams minced chicken
2 tablespoons oil
2 spicy red chillies ( finely chopped)
2 mild red chillies ( finely chopped )
4 cloves garlic ( finely chopped)
handful of basil leaves
🔹Sauce ingredients:
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoon Thai sweet chilli sauce
🔹Mix all the sauce ingredients and keep it aside.
🔹In a wok over high heat, add the oil, garlic and chillies. Saute for 1-2 mins.
🔹Add the minced chicken and stir fry for 2 mins, breaking up the chicken into small bits.
🔹Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
🔹Add the basil leaves and stir fry for another minute.
