Medical Mysteries: Heather O'Rourke

Poltergeist actress Heather O'Rourke was just 12 years old in 1988, when she died from a bowel obstruction that her doctors previously dismissed as Crohn's disease. With no genetic links to Crohn’s disease, it seemed an odd diagnosis. And as the years passed, O’Rourke’s death, and the medical circumstances surrounding it, became stranger and stranger.
