Alan Dershowitz: DA Alvin Bragg’s win in Trump trial sets ‘terrible precedent’

Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says District Attorney Alvin Bragg should be subject to an investigation. “I think it’s even worse that he won because that creates a terrible precedent for other district attorneys around the country to make up crimes against their political opponents. We’re going to see more of that,” he says.
