Ladies and gentlemen, the battle lines are drawn. We must wear the full armor of God, prepared to make any sacrifice to defeat the Leftists masquerading as Democrats. The verdict that matters awaits this November 5, 2024. Until then, we can be thankful for the support that surrounds Donald Trump, especially from his family.
During the recent North Carolina Republican Party convention in Greensboro, delegates were uplifted by a live appearance by Trump's youngest son, Eric Trump, and his talented spouse, Lara, co-chair of the Republican National Committee. Trump surrogate Vivek Ramaswamy, the embodiment of living the American Dream, also addressed the convention on May 25, 2024, urging Republicans to contemplate what sacrifices we can make to preserve our Constitutional Republic. We're delighted to share highlights in this week's podcast.
While in Greensboro the podcast also interviewed former North Carolina U.S. Rep. Mark Walker, who is working with the RNC as director of its faith and minority outreach programs.
Also covered in the latest podcast:
- Politico, a digital news outlet, reports that Biden's inner circle is in "freak out" mode as the Trump campaign surges despite "law-fare" tactics, a hostile media, and days languishing in a court room and away from the campaign trail. Biden's donors and advisors are gripped by fear and trepidation, Politico reports.
- Another far left-of-center news platform, Axios, peeled away the economic onion to reveal the true measure of inflation experienced by American consumers -- a cumulative spike of more than 19% since the Biden regime seized the White House in 2021. At the same time, Zero Hedge trumpeted the inevitable revision of government Gross Domestic Product (GDP) data from a tepid 1.6% in the first quarter of 2024 to an even more limp 1.3%. Every economic indicator during the Biden years tells a story of negligence, some of it deliberate.
- We found welcome good news in The Epoch Times, which reported a voter registration surge from 2019 to 2024 among Republicans in key battleground states -- Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina and Pennsylvania -- while Democrat registration numbers went south.
- Locally, The Pilot newspaper is cheering as two fringe groups advance federal complaints against the Moore County Board of Education, which authored and approved in 2022 a Parental Bill of Rights to stop educators from shielding parents from their children's exploration of gender transitioning during the school day. Despite the logic of involving parents in every aspect of the lives of their children, the Left's hijacking of Title IX have empowered educators to claim their obligation to advance transgender and LGBTQ rights, even to the exclusion of parents. Fortunately, parents have proven to be more resilient than ever. (In fact, the Department of Justice is tracking them as potential terrorist threats).
