Couples react: Amber Heard 2016 Testimony Volume 3 (part 2)

So, since we have started going down a rabbit hole of the lies that Amber spouted in the 2022 Defamation Case we are reacting and comparing Amber's statements in 2022 and 2016 (inconsistencies that we've noted are below).

2022/2016 inconstancies:

- 2016 states that after they got married she "kind of stopped" taking pictures / 2022 never mentioned because it's non-sense.

Australia: 2016 scars on her arm were from JD holding her down on a glass table / 2022 - held her down on a countertop.

22nd May:
- 2016 claims that she called her publicist that night & told her about JD being abusive / 2022 made no mention that she called her publicist that night.
- 2016 claims that she was terrified of JD drunk/drugged state and was petrified of the Monster / 2022 never used the words "terrified" or "petrified" to describe how she felt about the "abusive monster" that was her husband.

21st April:
- 2016 states that Johnny stormed downstairs, she heard the door slam, she started to walk downstairs and then heard it open again so she went back upstairs, the door slammed again, she wait downstairs an hour or 2 later and saw a note saying "happy f***ng birthday" / 2022 she describes him SA and PA her, them arguing/fighting, (there's a lot but I won't write it all here) he came back to into the apartment, she peeked around to look down at the lower level, he saw her and screamed "happy f***ing birthday", he left and she came down, saw the note.
- 2016 A, claims that 2 of the signs of him being high and inebriated is that he was late by an estimated 2 hours and he had wine in his hand; B, she was never ever supportive of Johnny drinking or doing drugs; C, denies texting him for alcohol or drugs / 2022 she confirms that she had texted him at 9-ish as to how he was doing and had asked Johnny for alcohol and drugs.
- 2016 claims that her phone was broken so she didn't have the texts from that night but Johnny's phone was fine because it had "protective thick leather".... which stopped the phone from breaking when thrown from the 14th floor / 2022 never mentions about the "protective thick leather" on Johnny's phone.
- 2016 never mentions about the shouting/screaming/shoving argument with Johnny throwing a painting (which was before the phone throwing but after the birthday dinner) / 2022 claimed they had an argument before the phone throwing.
- 2016 says that she can't remember a single time that Johnny didn't have a joint in his hand / 2022 never mentions this, does states that Johnny would regularly smoke weed.
- 2016 states that she tracked his phone after both his and her phones thrown out of the window with "find my iPhone" app / 2022 never mentions that she found it.
- 2016 at 24:58 in the full video - the birthday incident - as she wrote it on her DV TRO form, is said aloud / 2022 the sequence doesn't match at all.
- 2016 the shattered glass "touched" her body and "some version" of her legs but didn't cut her / 2022 never mentions this at all.
- 2016 at 38:15 in the full video - the birthday incident - as she said it / 2022 the sequence doesn't match at all and doesn't match what she wrote on the DV TRO.

22nd April:
- 2016 says that Rocky woke her up / 2022 she woke up to Rocky crawling into her bed and hugging her and she wondered how Rocky got in because there was lots of glass.
- 2016 she's unclear on whether or not she left the bed, claims that if she did it wasn't for long / 2022 never mentioned leaving the bed until after Rocky got into the bed with her.
- 2016 claims that Boo sleeps underneath the covers / 2022 makes zero mention of Boo sleeping under the covers.
- 2016 states that they packed a few things for Coachella and they left the dogs in the bed / 2022 stated that they grabbed a few things, got the dogs and left for Coachella.
- 2016 claims that Lily-Rose and her boyfriend was living in PH4 / 2022 never mentions at all from her entire time on the stand about Lily-Rose living in ECB at any point.
- 2016 says that herself, her sister, Rocky, Melanie, IO and Savannah went to Coachella / 2022 stated that herself, her sister, Rocky and Savannah went to Coachella.
