NATO backs Ukraine's right to self-defense - Stoltenberg

NATO allies have the right to help Ukraine uphold the right to self-defense, and doing so does not mean they are parties in its war with Russia, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Friday (May 31) as he arrived for a meeting of the alliance's foreign ministers in the Czech Republic.
