California Teacher Sues Local Education Association Over The Fact He Wasn't Hired Because He's White

A history teacher in California just sued the Elk Grove Education Association over a position openly excluding Whites. Teachers had to check a box to verify their ethnicity… Whites were not allowed. He says that he was denied a position by a school union due to his skin color & says it violates the Civil Rights Act.
