Summer is almost here and so is Fennel. It likes open spaces and it’s not fussy with the soil type, it just likes to grow. All parts of Fennel are used whether for culinary purposes, for the essential oil or for the many medicinal uses and benefits that Fennel has. Let’s take a look.
