Crash involving train and car closes busy Indianapolis road

Police say a woman driving a car came up to the intersection where a train was passing through and for some unknown reason did not stop.  Aaron Shaffer, who stopped to help the woman after the crash, said the train crossing at that intersection does not have bars but is a well-known crossing for trains in the area.  Shaffer and two other men helped the woman until police arrived at the scene and she was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition.
