Today's Terrible Judge: Kyria Walton

Following a bench trial last month, #CookCounty #Illinois Judge #TyriaWalton found #WhitleyTemple not guilty of one count of attempted murder, and also found her not guilty by reason of insanity on four other charges, including two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, vehicular hijacking, and possession of a stolen vehicle. Temple attacked a veteran #Chicago police officer #Poppish , stealing his squad car, and dragging him with it – all while she was naked – when he stopped to help her. Temple was acquitted of all charge after #JudgeTyriaWalton agreed with defense arguments of mental insanity despite the City of Chicago hiring Temple to help with accountant work later this year! An insane working sane enough to work as an accountant?
