BEST CHICKEN PULAO

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Chicken
1 large onion(sliced)
1 tbspn gingergarlic paste
5-7 Green chillies
1 n half tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilli
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 n half tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 green cardamom
2 black cardamom( bari elaichi)
5-6 cloves (laung)
1 0-12 whole black pepper
1 star anise(badiyaan)
1 Chicken cube
3 cups Basmati rice (washed n soaked 20 mins)
6 n half cups water
Half cup oil
n a pot add oil, onion, saute till golden brown, add
chicken, gingergarlic paste and half of green chillies, then
add all the mentioned spices, & chicken cube saute for 5
mins. Add half cup water, cover and let it cook for 7-8
mins. Now add 6 cups water, and remaining green chillies,
pring it to boil, then add rice, let it cook till water dries up
Then cover the lid with a kitchen cloth, put on Dam for
10-12 mins at lowest flame.
And that's it. Pulao is ready to be served. Enjoy.
