Here's what happens (because it's hilarious): A tot girl wears a backpack, and walks in crying to her mom saying that she's moving out because her dad said she couldn't have some boyfriends. She then says that she can send this to her friends, and the woman recording the video isn't quite sure what she's talking about. She continues on the rant and admits that her dad is right and that she needs to move out because she can't have a boyfriend.
