What is Syntropic gardening and farming?

Syntropic farming, also known as syntropic agroforestry or agroforestry, is an agricultural and land management approach that mimics natural ecosystems to create sustainable and regenerative farming systems. It was developed by Brazilian agriculturist Ernst Götsch and has gained popularity as a way to address soil degradation, improve biodiversity, and increase food production while reducing the negative environmental impacts of traditional farming practices.

The channel, Syntropic Pantry also encompasses interviews from people who are practising syntropic farming as well as other regenerative practices such as permaculture, off-grid living and alternative methods of sustainable living. The channel is dedicated to helping people reconnect with nature and themselves as well as providing the tools and strategies to move forward in a holistic and regenerative way.
