Making Salt Dough Ornaments with Toddlers

Easy, Inexpensive Christmas Keepsakes!
My grandmother still has salt dough ornaments from when my mom was little.

It also doubles as homemade play dough that I don't have to worry about them putting in their mouths. There are lots of recipes available online, and the ingredients are typically:

*flour
*salt
*water

That's it!

I put the girls in their highchairs at the kitchen table to keep the clean up confined to one area (far away from carpet).
