5 slices of bread.
soak in water.
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
Olive oil.
Butter.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
100g (3.5oz) butter.
2 tablespoons flour.
300 ml (10 fl oz) water.
100 g (3.5 oz) sour cream.
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
season with salt and pepper.
cook until it boils.
Spinach.
Cover and fry over low heat for 20 minutes.
add salt if desired.
200g (7oz) pasta.
cook until done.
