Did this Twitch chatter just tell me to off myself, and then gaslight me about it?!

Did this Reilyn_ person in Twitch chat just tell me to commit terminal self-harm, with only the thinnest veneer of deniability, and then deny it with the flimsiest, most unbelievable pretext? Definitely gaslighting, if so ; seems like it would be against Twitch TOS, too. And both the streamer and the chat seem well pleased to let it pass without comment, also.
