The Rule Of 2 if a rough estimate, based on very recent scientific studies, on how to find your own optimal training strategy on terms of reps in reserve, rest times between sets and how long to perform the eccentric part of the movement.

Rule Of 2:
2 RIR
2 Minute Rest Periods
2 Second Eccentric

There are obviously some nuance to this such as training your legs when you might need more than 2 minutes rest or when you're training arms when you can be ready for another set in less than 2 minutes rest. It's all explained in the video!
