Day 111 of Sobriety: Ren - Masochist | Dealing with Challenges & Mental Struggles @RenMakesMusic

Today, on Day 111 of my sobriety journey, I listened to Ren's "Masochist." Before diving into the music, I shared my struggles with computer issues and how challenging it has been to work and make videos from my phone. Fortunately, my computer decided to work today, and I managed to edit and upload the video. However, my iPhone died and won't charge or start. It's interesting how life throws these challenges at me, testing my mood and emotions daily.

These financial struggles and technical issues are tough, but I see them as lessons for the future. It's not easy to view them this way, and it still sucks and is painful. If I had the money, I would buy a new phone and computer, but there's a lesson in this: when I don't know what to do, sometimes it's best to do nothing and just be still.

After the music, which I really enjoyed, I talked about how my mind can go on anger trips, becoming brutal and violent in my thoughts. I often find myself thinking about revenge on people from my past. I don't know what Ren intended with this track, but for me, it highlighted how I can be a masochist in my mind.
