TikTok Beta Creativity program

The TikTok Creativity Program Beta is a new way for creators to make money on the platform. It's still in beta testing, so it's unavailable to everyone. Here's the key info:

Rewards creators for high-quality, original content: The program focuses on longer videos (over a minute) that are engaging and authentic.
Monetization through "Rewards": Creators collect rewards based on factors like views, engagement, and where the views come from.
Limited availability: Currently, it's only in beta testing in a few regions including the US, France, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Korea, and the UK.
There are also a couple other things to keep in mind:

Invitation only initially: Not all creators in the testing regions can join right away. Some are invited first, then it will open up to more people.
Different from Creator Fund: While similar in rewarding creators, the Creativity Program Beta seems to be a more developed system with its own way of calculating rewards.
