Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I haven't eaten sugar for a year! Without flour

Ingredients:

200 g(2 cups) oat flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
240 ml(1 cup) milk
1 carrot
6-7 dried apricots and 2-3 tbsp raisins
add hot water
1 apple
cinnamon(optional)
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp olive oil
bake 45-50 minutes at 180°C/360°F
