Recipe number 1.
Boil 500g chicken breast.
Finely chop 2 onions.
480ml – (2 cups) water.
120ml – (1/2 cup) apple cider vinegar.
Let marinate for about 1 hour.
Remove the cooked chicken fillet and let it cool.
1 ripe pomegranate. Now I'll show you a cool way to easily peel a pomegranate.
And your hands will be clean and you won't dirty the kitchen.
Drain the water.
90g – (1 cup) walnuts, finely chopped.
Cut the chicken fillet into squares.
200g – (7oz) cheese.
I use regular classic mayonnaise.
The salad is ready, but it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

200g – (7 Oz) Canned Tuna.

5 - 6 boiled eggs.
1 medium can sweet corn.
400g – (14.1oz) Surimi.
1/2 onion.
2-3 cucumbers.
60ml – (1/4 cup) olive oil. A few cloves of garlic.
1 carrot.
Salt to taste.

Rinse 100g of quinoa with boiling water.
Pour in 240 ml (1 cup) of water and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Pepper and salt to taste.
250g – (8.8oz) canned beans.
2-3 tomatoes.
2 peppers.
1/2 onion.
Parsley.
1 avocado.
Season with olive oil.
