‘He wants a conviction’: Alan Dershowitz says it’s obvious judge in Trump’s NY trial is not unbiased

Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says New York Judge Juan Merchan’s “true colors come out” once the media and jury are excused from the courtroom. “And he is completely biased against the defense in this case. Maybe because his daughter profits from a conviction. Maybe for other reasons. Maybe he’s just a loyal Democrat who contributed to the Democratic Party. Don’t know the reason, but it's obvious that he is not unbiased in this case," he says.
