Today, we have a special guest who is a true veteran in the real estate industry. Frank Rizzo is the Co-Founder of Stone Capital Investors and brings over 20 years of experience as a broker, owner, and syndicator.

For the past 12 years, Frank has been a prominent figure in the Mobile Home Park (MHP) space, successfully acquiring and repositioning over 20 communities and 1,567 lots.

Frank's entrepreneurial journey began in high school, and by the age of 19, he had already obtained his real estate license. By 23, he had earned his Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses, and at 28, he opened his own real estate brokerage, Cornerstone Realty. Frank has a proven track record in sourcing, repositioning, and marketing real estate assets, and has served as President of the Staten Island Board of Realtors.

With a deep passion for learning and improving in the real estate industry, Frank co-launched the MHP Exchange with his partner Eric Busuttil, a platform dedicated to providing market insights and fostering better housing alternatives.
