Great Hummus has a secret

The point isn't to make hummus. Not really the point is to be able to make hummus your own way. Something that becomes a part of you, and I think this is a good starting point.

Recipe:
4 cans of chickpeas. Remove water
6-8 garlic cloves depending on size
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ice (1-2 cups) as needed. See video. Until Smooth Consistency
⅓ cup Tahini - ½ cup
Juice of 2 Lemons. More can be added as desired.
Kosher Salt & Pepper
Garnishes
Flavored Oil
1 Tsp whole Cumin
Lemon peels of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove chopped fine. Into chips.
2-3 Tbsp Olive oil. Heat to 180-200 degrees, medium heat, and toast the cumin & garlic. Add lemon peels and let cool. Drizzle over the hummus all pretty like.
Edibles
2 Scallions
A handful of Castelvetrano olives. (Optional)
5-8 Mini Sweet peppers.
Blistered chop in half
1 tsp olive oil.
Get cast iron rocking hot- drizzle olive oil and add veggies. Don't stir, let them get dark on one side. Dont touch. When it's nice and dark, flip and let them sear on the other side. Cut in pieces and garnish.
