‘Masters of Ukraine’ want Kiev to take burden of conscription – Putin

Putin implied that US leaders, as de facto ‘masters of Ukraine’, are offloading responsibility for all their unpopular decisions, including lowering the age of conscription, onto Ukraine, without thought for who will pick up the pieces.
