Ingredients
Filling:
Black Beans
Onions
Garlic
Tomatos
Cilantro / Culantro
Hot sauce.. or if you can get your hands on LIZANO
Banana
Dough:
Maseca white Corn Flour (don't use cornbread corn flour... they add baking soda to it)
Plantain (preferably roasted before so it's soft)
Salt
Water
