Hollywood just suffered through a tremendously weak Memorial Day Long Weekend with record lows from their tent pole films. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga narrowly beat out Chris Pratt's Garfield reboot with a pathetic $32 Million, FIVE DAY haul.

Why did Furiosa fail to engage audiences? It's a multitude of reasons that all culminated with this film. Sequels, prequels, reboots and all other franchise buzz words just aren't it any more. Girl Boss non sense is finally getting the attention it deserves and too be honest, what is Mad Max without Mel Gibson?

You got your answer, it's a gigantic dud.
