Protesting Indian farmers endure severe heat wave

Hundreds of Indian farmers have been camping for over 100 days between Punjab and Haryana states to demand better prices for their crops despite the savage heat wave sweeping swathes of northern India. Dharamvir Dhinsa, a farmer leader from the district of Ambala, told Reuters most of the farmers are living in metal trolleys that absorb heat, making the temperatures feel even worse.
