I encountered major challenges at the South Burlington, Vermont, Tesla Center,

which wasn't handling lease returns or new car deliveries yet.

The uncertainty and lack of information made the process frustrating.

The leasing process through the Tesla app was far from smooth.

From unattended phone calls to unapproved finance applications,

the experience was marred by staffing issues and overwhelming workloads.

The Tesla staff I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable,

but the impact of the layoffs was evident.

The morale was low, and the customer service quality suffered.

Despite the challenges, I decided to stick with Tesla.
