Lansing Police said the shooting happened at Rotary Park, located behind Market Place Apartment Complex, just before 3 a.m. on May 27. When police arrived at the scene, they found a large crowd with several people hurt. News 10 saw there was a second scene near the intersection of Shiawassee Street and Cedar Street.
