As of early 2024, more than 140 countries have participated in the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. The participating countries include nearly 75% of the world's population and account for more than half of the world's GDP. The good news is that two countries have withdrawn their applications to join the Belt and Road Initiative. One is Italy, and the other is Argentina.
