Stephens County Georgia "Under Color of Law" Part IV

May 11th - My wife initially thought this was all just a mistake and if we showed the deputy that the truck registration was in my name we would be able to get the truck back. As you will witness, "It ain't gonna happen."

This deputy continues to allege that this is a civil matter and he cannot get involved. The problem is that he did get involved. He handed my keys to two people that were complete strangers to him. This is a very serious error in judgment. It is unconstitutional to redistribute wealth without due process. He should have checked with those judges first. He should have thought about his oath to uphold the Constitution.

Harris thinks he understands the will. He is practicing law without a license. He apparently did not read the part about my father has the right to gift things to me. Notice how Harris believes the hearsay of what Randall the lawyer allegedly said.

Harris accuses me of being deceptive because I am slow to answer his questions. Actually I am thinking to myself that this man is kooky, but it is bad form to tell this to a deputy. Where my vehicle was parked and why is of no business to him. I was refusing to go down his rabbit hole of stupid questions. My lawyer backed me up on this.

Note that the deputy explains that these must be nice people because they have a baby. Can this deputy be that naive?

Warning: Cop cusses!
