RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cabbage.
3 egg whites.
1 carrot.
I use a special grater.
1 potato.
1 red onion.
Mix the vegetables well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dried garlic.
Italian herbs.
Olive oil.
Parmesan cheese.
3 tomatoes.
Turn over using a plate.
Add 3 egg yolks.
Parmesan cheese.
