New dessert in 5 minutes! I make this dessert every week! New this summer!

Welcome to my channel!

Preparation of meringue:
1/2 lemon.
200g egg white.
Gradually add 300 g of sugar.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
25g corn starch.
10 g pistachio flour.
Bake in a 40 x 35 cm pan in an oven preheated to 150 °C for 30-35 minutes.

Preparation of cream:
400 g cream cheese or mascarpone.
50g powdered sugar.
100 g cream 33-35% fat.
100 g pistachio paste.
Store in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, but preferably overnight.
Decorate as desired.
