I had the pleasure to sit and chat with Ted Fricano owner of the soon to open Fricano's Manistee River restaurant located in the property formerly known as the Boathouse and 440 West. Ted has "spared no expense" in renovating the propery with the hopes of bringing something to Manistee the "citizens will be proud of." He is a man of many words and is very excited to open. He has a passion for his "famous" Fricano's pizza and it shows in this video. I really didn't know what to expect, but I think for me it was enjoyable and I am glad to have had this opportunity to get to know him. I believe Ted will help bring commerce to downtown Manistee and also provide many of you another spot to enjoy a cold beverage and a hot slice all while taking in one of the best outdoor views in Manistee.
