A fast-moving clipper system is going to pass through the state today bringing scattered showers, or possibly an isolated T'storm. This starts from the NW and works its way to the SE which means many in the Fox Cities or Green Bay won't see most of this activity until the afternoon. If you would see a T'storm today, it could bring a little hail with the strong lift and cold air aloft. Way up north, this could start out with some wet snowflakes. Any of this shower activity would end through the evening, but it'll be quite breezy out there. We'll clear out the skies as temperatures fall to around the freezing mark overnight. We'll have sun, but breezy conditions for Saturday. The wind will slowly die down in the afternoon with highs near 50. It'll be a cool night Saturday night with lows in the upper-20s. Sunday looks pretty nice with much less wind and highs in the upper-50s to around 60 in spots. The warmth really returns for Monday and Tuesday with highs into the 70s. We'll also see a chance of showers or a T'storm as a front rolls through Tuesday afternoon into the evening. 3 rivers are under a flood warning, the Embarrass River near Embarrass, The Wolf River near Shiocton, & the Little Wolf River near Royalton.  Minor flooding is expected.  Many other rivers are approaching flood stage. The Wolf River is going to crest by this weekend or early next week.  It has reached flood stage & as the floodwaters climb it will begin to surround homes and cover streets near the river in the Shiocton area, mainly homes along Island and Mill Streets.  The Little Wolf River in Royalton affecting Waupaca County is expected to rise near flood stage by Thursday morning. Impacts include water that may surround some homes and structures in low lying area downstream between Royalton and west of New London.  The Embarrass River near Embarrass is currently at flood stage and experiencing minor flooding.
