Lizzo has responded to her portrayal in a recent South Park episode titled “The End of Obesity,” which takes aim at the Ozempic craze. The episode features Eric Cartman trying to get Ozempic for weight loss, but instead, his doctor prescribes listening to Lizzo's music for body positivity.

"OMG! That's crazy," Lizzo exclaimed. "I am that really btch! I'm really that btch that showed the world how to love yourself and not give a fck. To the point where these men in Colorado know who the fck I am, and put it on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years."

Lizzo, known for her hit songs "Good as Hell" and "Truth Hurts," has been a significant advocate for body positivity and self-acceptance. Despite her positive influence, the South Park episode humorously critiques the idea of body positivity as a substitute for medical treatment.

In the episode, Cartman's doctor tells him to listen to Lizzo’s music instead of taking Ozempic, highlighting a broader commentary on societal and healthcare issues. The satire continues with local moms holding "drug parties" to share weight-loss drugs and a fake commercial about the "FDA approved Lizzo" for feeling good about weight.
