Vitamin B12 & Why We Need It | Biochemistry, Absorption, & Important Enzymes

Vitamin B12 (also known as Cobalamin) is a vitamin we derive from dietary sources, including meats and fish, along with dairy and other dietary products as well. Vitamin B12 is critically important, because it’s required for 2 important enzymes, and without vitamin b12, these enzymes do not function properly, leading to a host of issues.
