Mangoes (Mangoes) are a wonderful source of vitamins A, C, E, B-Complex, & alpha/beta carotenes. They are a prebiotic food and packed with enzymes!

Mangoes flush out toxic acids from the body & rebuild alkaline reserves. They are known to help prevent cancer & all kinds of disease... from lung and breast cancer to colon, prostate, blood, & oral cancers. Mangoes have also been known to help prevent strokes, heart disease, arthritis, cognitive, respiratory, & kidney disease.

SWEET & SPICY MANGO SALSA
Ingredients: (use organic when possible)
2 C mango, diced
2 C tomatoes, diced
1/2 C onion, minced
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 lime, juiced
1/4 C cilantro leaves, minced
1 Tbsp jalapeño, minced
1 tsp cumin
optional dash of cayenne
optional sea salt and pepper

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix together until well combined.

Enjoy with raw vegetables, crackers, or scooped into lettuce leaves!
