i See This Crap Way Too Often. What Part Of "Emergency" Does The Emergency Operator Not Understand. It's Ridiculous. Operators, You Are Not There To Vett The Caller or Be A Decision Maker. The Only Job You Have Is To Dispatch Emergency Services. After That One Simple Task Is Done, Then If Possible Garner More Information From The Caller. These People Need Better Training In Deescalation.That Said, Mr. Kid Rock Is Not Good Under Pressure Or At Rendering First Aid, Obviously.
