This is cowardice and it keeps the cycle of Black on Black violence. Disgraceful

This man belong in prison for what he did. The cycle of violence that is the cancer of the Black Community just grows and too many Black people stand there and encourage self destructive tendencies that cause more pain, more prisons more funerals. It never ends
