INGREDIENTS
5 tbsp ghee/butter
5-6 Cardamom pods crushed(elaichi)
1 n half cup vermicelli(seviyan)
1 cup water
4-5 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup crushed nuts(almonds, walnuts)
2 tbsp thick cream
In a pot add butter,add elaichi, saute till fragnant(for 2
mins) add vermicelli, saute a bit, add water, cook for 2
minutes, add milk, sugar, and nuts, bring it it a boil and let
it cook and simmer for good 20-25 minutes until thick in
consistency, add cream. Some more nuts to garnish and
that's it. It's ready. Enjoy hot or chill it before serving
